After dusk, falling snow whispers
Its solemn promise
You have time
Time to stare at the gauzy sky
Shedding forgiveness
Time to ponder moonlight
Rippling through clouds
Time to walk the whitened ground
Absolved of your haste
a tiny window into the mind of a fledgling poet

Wonderful imagery and I like the flow of the poem. And If I got the message right? To slow down and see the beauty.
Morrow - thanks for your kind comments. And yes, I think one primary thing I wanted to convey was the sense that time seems to slow down during a heavy snowfall.
Now, I'm waiting for you to update your blog with a new piece.
